Princess Highway is Melbourne’s beloved vintage-inspired label, celebrated for blending 60’s mod, 70’s glamour, and 90’s grunge with contemporary fashion. 

We’re looking for an innovative Marketing Manager with a knack for brand development, digital marketing, and event coordination, and are passionate about translating vintage aesthetics into modern contexts, this role is for you! This position is fully office-based in Abbotsford, VIC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and managing digital and print campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate VIP nights and in-store events.
  • Support the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.

Key Measures of Success:

  • Effective communication across stores and with external centres/streets.
  • Increase in data acquisition through effective marketing strategies.
  • Successful management and execution of brand events and partnerships.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in marketing, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to think strategically.
  • Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is enthusiastic about creating engaging content that resonates with a diverse audience.
  • You must already have rights to work in Australia.
